  • Explore the Impacts of Popular Climate Solutions in Real Time
This interactive, data-driven workshop empowers participants to explore actionable solutions to climate change using the En-ROADS Climate Solutions Dashboard. The workshop invites participants to test various climate action strategies—such as renewable energy transitions, carbon pricing, and reforestation—and see their immediate impact on global temperature goals in real-time. Our open dialogues and reflections will also provide space to reflect on multisolving: the way that climate solutions can also provide social benefits and challenges for different communities.

By engaging in this dynamic experience, participants gain knowledge on the dynamics of climate change, the impacts of various warming scenarios, and the tangible effects of present and possible climate solutions. You will leave feeling confident about the climate solutions that would be most effective in your communities, and the ways in which we can each take action on those solutions in our everyday lives.

2 hour session; no climate experience necessary

  • Step into the World of Climate Negotiations

This immersive, hands-on experience invites participants to experience the challenges and opportunities of global climate negotiations. Adding a role-playing dimension to the Climate Action Simulation, participants are assigned the role of a key decision-maker—government official, industry leader, activist, or scientist—to collaborate with others to commit to solutions that combat climate change.

Our mock decision-makers will test various climate solutions and see their immediate impact on global temperature goals in real-time, while also discussing the social dimensions of climate action.
By engaging in this dynamic experience, participants gain knowledge on the dynamics of climate change, the tangible effects of present and possible climate solutions, and the test of navigating multiple (and often competing) priorities. You will leave feeling confident about the climate solutions that would be most effective in your communities, and the ways in which we can each take action on those solutions in our everyday lives.

3-4 hour session; no climate experience necessary

  • How prepared is your community to face the impacts of climate change? Step into Resilientville, an immersive simulation designed to explore community climate preparedness and resilience. Developed by CREW (Community Resilience to Extreme Weather), this hands-on experience places participants at the heart of a fictional community facing real-world climate challenges.

Through role-playing and collaborative problem-solving, participants will navigate complex scenarios, uncover vulnerabilities, and identify opportunities to build resilience. This engaging session provides valuable insights into the importance of preparedness, community collaboration, and equitable decision-making in the face of extreme weather and climate risks.
